One Domino Square anchors the 11-acre Domino Park, bringing 559 residential units across two towers reaching 550 and 450 feet. Retail space anchors the ground level and over 40,000 sf of amenities bridges the two towers across a shared podium. The Selldorf Architects designed building opened in 2024 with dencityworks architecture providing the following roles:

RESIDENTIAL PLANNING & DESIGN

Leading the residential planning of the Project, DWA coordinated closely with the Owner and the Design Architect regarding their vision, budget, schedule and market expectations of the successful project.

PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Coordinating a team of accomplished consultants, DWA provided extensive design and documentation to secure various agency approvals and support the complex construction process.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING

One Domino Square is part of the affordable housing plan for the Domino Sugar Development that DWA has strategized together with the developer successfully over several years.
