ABOUT

dencityworks is an architecture practice.

We design mixed-use, multifamily, cultural, office & hospitality projects with a close understanding of large scale developments & urban infill challenges.  We design inspiring spaces to live, work & play all within very efficient footprints while freeing up open spaces for the public realm. Our design process is an engagement of multiple disciplines deploying our immense experience with complex projects in dense urban environments.

Our work is an expression of functional & structural rationality with creativity, clarity and value creation.  We ground ourselves in the local neighborhood with an understanding of market trends to meet the ever-rising social & environmental goals behind these projects.  We have a solid working knowledge of city agencies, zoning modifications, code updates & resilience planning to serve a growing demand for real estate developments across global markets.
